Refurbished 2 bedroom flat. BR1 - King bed, balcony. BR2- Queen and single bed. Bathroom-walk in shower. Kitchen- washing machine, refrigerator, stove and separate oven. Comfortable lounge with balcony, WiFi and smart TV in a wide range of languages. Elevator and wheelchair access. Grocery shop and cafe below. Bars and restaurants around plus a large shopping center. Town & beach are a 5-10 minute walk. 15 minutes to Las Americas center. No additional charge for cleaning. No party groups accepted.

Located in a lively neighbourhood but very quiet and peaceful within the complex. There is a small shop and cafe below and many other cafes, restaurants and shops nearby including a 24 hour store only a few minutes away. There is free parking around the neighbourhood. Buses are regular around Tenerife and only a few minutes away to the nearest bus stop. A taxi rank is in town or guests can call for a cab. There are hire shops for e-scooters and mobility scooters nearby. Getting around on foot is easy and due to the location, Los Cristianos town & beach, Las Vistas beach and Playa de Las Americas center can be reached with little effort.
