New construction penthouse with spacious terrace and beautiful ocean and mountain views, decorated to the highest standards, and with a heated community swimming pool with sufficient sun loungers. Possibility for parking space on site upon request. Within 5 minutes walking distance from the idyllic beach, in the brand new Ocean Garden residence in Playa Paraiso - the new pearl on the south coast of Tenerife. Alongside the famous Hard Rock Hotel, this part of Tenerife has become the new place to be.
We love hosting people and are always available by phone during your stay. If we cannot be present ourselves, we always ensure a friendly contact person on site who will gladly show you around inside and outside the apartment.
Playa Paraiso offers a cozy mix of local bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the Ocean Garden complex. Our favorite is the restaurant Negro Sul Mare, 300 meters from Ocean Garden. Additionally, you can enjoy the party atmosphere at, among others, the Hard Rock Hotel, 200 m from the residence. A rental car is always practical, especially since you have your own parking space. If you prefer not to drive yourself, taxis are easy to order and not expensive at all. If you'd rather take public transport, you can take the bus right across from the residence.
