The apartment is located in a very quiet residential complex with a beautiful swimming pool, with also a shallow water area for children, was totally renovated in 2017 and you can find a bedroom with a bed of 160X200, a bathroom with a 120cm shower with shower column, the kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic, microwave, electric water heater, toaster, coffee maker, mocha and american coffee, star area with smart tv and netflix channels, wifi included and to relax you can have an aperitif on the terrace on a lawn, very quiet from which you can see and listen to the parrots that pass for the morning and the sunset.
