Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of up to EUR 600.

No parties or events are allowed during your stay.

From 23:00 onwards, it is mandatory to keep noise to a minimum to respect the rest of the other guests.

Pets are not allowed.

A deposit of EUR 600 may be requested at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out, provided that no damages have occurred to the property and the house rules have been respected.

When booking more than 28 days, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Guests are required to clean the kitchen prior to departure. A cleaning fee of EUR 100 will be applied in case the kitchen is not cleaned.

The establishment offers parking spaces for guests.

Parking is subject to availability, and guests are required to provide their vehicle registration number in advance.

The daily rate is EUR 19 for standard vehicles and EUR 25 for electric vehicles.

To complete the self-check-in process, guests must provide an ID upon arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self-check-in. Instead, you will have to provide your ID upon arrival during normal check-in hours.

Extra and sofa beds are available upon request, if not included in the rate, for an additional charge of EUR 45 per child and EUR 80 per adult.

If you require an extra bed or sofa bed, you must notify the property before your arrival.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
