The spacious studio is located in the elegant Parque Royale complex, 5 minutes' walk from Torviscas Beach and close to Fañabé and Pinta Beach. The complex is equipped with two swimming pools: for adults and a smaller one for children, and a separate lounge terrace.
The area has a full infrastructure with lots of shops, restaurants, water parks, shopping center, supermarket and public transport. Parking on the street free of charge or paid parking 200m from the apartment. The studio is situated close to many attractions so be prepared for walking distances and romantic sunsets. Distance from the Aquapark 20 min walk, from Puerto Colon 15 min walk (possibility of boat trips, yachts etc.) Taxi in front of the building, bus 2 min, shopping center 2 min, restaurants next to the building. Free bus to Siam mall 2 min walk, supermarket 50m Taxi in front of the building, bus stop 2 min, shopping center 2 min, restaurants next to the building. Free bus to Siam mall 2 min walk
