We are providing the 24 / 7 service we would like to receive ourselves duing the most important time of the year - the holidays! Our office is located on the main street of El Médano in Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29 bajo, local 2. It is always a pleasure for us to attend you personally to solve any doubt or to advise you about our services. Do not hesitate to contact us.

Property info

This Holiday Home, directly in the heart of El Medano was renovated in 2021. It is a spacious 3 bedroom accommodation on the first floor with elevator which offers beautiful sea views from the balcony where you can also find dining possibilities. It's located just 15m from the Ocean! You can enjoy side sea views from each bedroom and from the living room. All bedrooms offer built-in wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath tub and a window for extra comfort. The beautiful master bedroom offers air conditioner (the only room with A/C) and owns a small private balcony. At the top of the building there‘s a massive shared rooftop terrace. It‘s one of the coolest locations of El Medano with stunning views over the atlantic ocean, towards the Montaña Roja and towards the Teide. We supply you with 4 foldable sun loungers, just grab them, get a drink and enjoy one of the coolest spots of El Medano. Ideal for a morning yoga session! It includes an own 300 Mbit/s glassfiber line. To the main El Médano beach, all shops, bars and restaurants it‘s only 50m. Towards the Playa Chica beach only 100m. To Playa Sur and Kite beach it‘s only a 5 min walk, 500m. As usual, bed linen and towels, beachtowels, washing machine, hairdryer and an ironing kit, are all included. We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this Holiday Home is strictly FORBIDDEN. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
