What matters most to us is that our guests feel as comfortable as if they were at home. The White Flats love to take care of every detail to make your visit to our wonderful city as perfect as expected.

Neighborhood info

Our apartments are located in the district of Sant Antoni, one of the trendiest areas in Barcelona, ​​but at the same time highly safe and quiet. Within the Eixample area, you will find a wide range of amenities and services: good restaurants, stylish bars, cafes, museums, supermarkets, markets, banks, pharmacies, gyms, etc. . Right in front of the apartment building is located the wonderful Joan Oliver Library with a park outside where children can play safely. The legendary Sant Antoni market, one of the oldest and most popular of the city, is located just 100 meters. You can walk to Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya in about 10 minutes from the apartment. Besides, you can also reach Plaza Spain (Trade fairs/shows centers) in only 10 minutes walking from the apartment. Thanks to being located in such a central point, you can reach the most outstanding points of interest in the city (whether tourist, business or cultural) by foot or by using the wide transport network located near the apartment: Bus: several lines within 50 meters. Aerobus : 150 meters you can take the bus to the airport. Metro: L3 Poble Sec, standing at 100 meters, and L2 Sant Antoni, also 100 meters

- In the case of the APARTMENT WITH TERRACE, the damage deposit that will be requested upon arrival is EUR 300. It will be made by credit card. It will be reimbursed within 7 days after check-out if the house rules have been respected during the stay and if there is no damage to the apartment and its furnishings.

- Note check-in after 19:00 incurs an additional fee of €30, and check-in after 00:00 incurs an additional fee of €50.

- It is very important to respect the noise level (loud talk, loud music) during the stay, especially at night after 22:00. Parties and meetings are totally FORBIDDEN. Neighbors might call the POLICE if their rest is disturbed. In case of a serious breach of this rule, we reserve the right to CANCEL the contract with immediate effect and without any refund of the amount of the stay or the security deposit.

- Guests will receive a rental agreement prior to arrival which must be signed at check-in time.

- Please inform The White Flats Sant Antoni in advance of your expected arrival time. There is not a 24-hour reception in the building.

- For the safety of all guests, we inform you that there are surveillance cameras in the building, only in the common areas, more specifically at the entrance and on the landings of each floor.

- The apartments only feature AC in the living room. In the bedrooms there are fans.

- Please note that there are 10 steps to climb to reach the elevator.
