Great beach front location 3 bedroom apartment with sea views and views of the pink lake. A few minutes walk to the beach with private underground parking available. The fully air conditioned apartment has two balconies, lift, 3 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped separate kitchen. The apartment is surrounded by all amenities including shops, bars, and restaurants all within a few minutes’ walk.
Great beach front location a few minutes walk from the beach. 10 minutes walk to the city centre surrounded by all amenities including by parks, shops, restaurants and bars. The main shopping malls La Zenia Boulevard, Habaneras and golf courses are a short drive away from the property as is Villa Martin plaza. Parque de Naciones is a 15 minute walk, Parque de l’Estacio (mini golf) is under 5 minutes’ walk, Parque Rincon de Asturias is a 2 minute walk.
