The guest who made the booking must reside at the property for the entire duration of the stay.

The reservation holder must be present at the time of key handover and must stay in the property for the entire duration of the booking. Keys will be handed over only to the reservation holder. No third-party key collection is permitted.

Please note that portable air conditioner is available upon request at an additional charge of EUR 10,00 per day, per unit.

Last Minute Bookings: Last minute bookings require a minimum of 2 hours between the time of booking and the key handover. Please note that as we do not reside at the property, we may need additional time to travel to the property and complete the check-in process. Thank you for your understanding.

To access the new amenities such as the Games Room and Cinema Room, guests must agree to the following conditions:

1. Pay a €300 deposit,to be pays cash,upon arrival.

4. Clean the popcorn machine after each use, as this is not included in the basic cleaning fee.

Climatization is available only in certain winter months. Please note that climatization does not provide hot water; it only heats the pool water by a few degrees.
