This nicely presented three bedrooms apartment is located in the beautiful town of Sanlucar de Barrameda well known for its summer race horses on the beach, its famous wines and the amazing gastronomy. The apartment is strategically located on a very calmed area, 7 minutes walking from the beach and 5 minutes from the city centre. You won't need to worry about car spaces as it comes with private parking. The first bedroom is fitted with a king size bed, the second with two single beds and the third with two single beds. A full equipped kitchen is provided with all the required appliances to cook your own food. The sitting room is quite spacious and luminous, fitted with a smart 45" flat TV, a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. The hot weather won't be an issue thanks to the air conditioning. In addition to all these features, the aparnent is provided with an ultrafast wifi connection. In summary, this elegant and modern apartment is fully equipped and ready to make you feel as in your own house.
