We are a family business that has different tourist accommodations located throughout the island of Gran Canaria. We manage these 4 holiday homes from the Dorotea & Don Diego Apartments, located in Playa del Inglés, (Avda. Tirma, nº5), where we have our physical reception, whose customer service hours are from 12:00 to 20:00.

Property info

We present our Holiday Homes in the South of Gran Canaria. We have 4 villas located in two exclusive areas of Maspalomas. 3 Villas are located in the Bahía Meloneras area, with an entrance on C/ Mar Caspio, (nº21) just in front of the H10 Hotel, 10 minutes walk from the beach and close to the Maspalomas Lighthouse. They are of a superior category due to their spacious layout of three floors and capacity for 8 people in each villa. The complex has a spectacular communal pool area. All villas have a large garden and dining terrace; Please note that only one of the villas has a private pool in the garden. The 4th villa is the Bungalow Los Melocotones, located in the heart of Campo Internacional, on Avda. Turoperador Kuoni, nº 15, 10 minutes walk from the Playa del Inglés area and the famous Holiday World theme park. This bungalow has capacity for 4 people and is all distributed on one floor, ideal for those who want to have everything at hand and relax in the large garden.

Neighborhood info

These 4 villas have two different locations: The 3 Superior Villas in Bahía Meloneras, in a quiet neighborhood, with easy parking and oriented to see the best sunsets on the island. Meloneras Beach is a 10-minute walk away, the Maspalomas Lighthouse is 2.2 km away, it has a large promenade, shops and a restaurant and entertainment area. It has supermarkets and the San Roque Hospital nearby (a great reference in the southern part of the island). Bungalow Los Melocotones is located in the Campo Internacional de Maspalomas, more centrally located, between Meloneras and Playa del Inglés. The location is unique, as it combines relaxation with nature but close to entertainment and leisure. The Holiday World theme park is a 5-minute walk away, the Yumbo shopping centre is a 15-minute walk away and Playa del Inglés is 2.2 km away.
