El Apartamento está en un gran complejo llamado Parque Santiago 2, el cual es ideal porque está en pleno centro de Playa las Americas rodeado de las mejores boutiques y restaurantes. Desde el apartamento se ve el mar, por lo que esta solo a 100 metros de la playa, con materiales nobles y paredes forradas. El apartamento se reformó totalmente hace 2 años
