Magnificient and modern beachfront townhouse for up to 6 people with all the amenities you might need during your vacation. Situated in Villajoyosa in the Valencia Community Region. This holiday home is 12 km from Benidorm and 26 km from Alicante. Located in a gated community with swimming pools and direct exit to the Paradise beach. The ocean is only one minute walk from the terrace. There is a spacious living/dining room with fully equipped American kintchen, utility room with whasing machine and tumble dryer. Three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a twin bed, built in wardrobes and two bathrooms fully equipped with floor heating and heated tower rail. LArge fully furnished terraces equipped with sun beds, dining and lounge area. In addition, the house has a free wifi, private garden, central heating/AC, smart-TV with national and international TV-channels, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, in-room safes and private parking. Towels and bed linen are provided at Vila Paradis 18. Calpe is 31 km from Vila Paradis 18, while Denia is 49 km away and Alicante airport is 35 km from the property.
