Beautiful house with private pool in the marvellous area of Cala Pi, with capacity for 8 people. At the back of the house you will find the marvellous chlorine pool which sizes 6 x 3.5 meters and has a depth that goes from 1 to 1.9 meters. It is surrounded by a beautiful terrace where you can sunbathe on a sunbed or enjoy the summer weather. From this area we get into the amazing furnished porch which includes an area to for lunches and dinners outdoors or enjoy a delicious barbecue, and there is also an relax area with a sofa and two armchairs to have a vermouth or a drink before going out in the evening. The plot is fenced, it has direct neighbours and privacy is partial. The 400 m2 house has two floors. On the ground floor we find a comfortable and luminous living-dining room which includes two sofas where you can watch TV. The dining table can accommodate 6 people. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is also very ample. A bathtub bathroom completes this floor. The four air-conditioned bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The 1st bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have twin beds and the last one has a double bed. There is a third bathroom with a shower.

Neighborhood info

This house is located very near to a unique spot which the beach of Cala Pi. It is a little beach with a fine sand and dreamy turquoise waters. There are some restaurants around. You can visit the near 17th century watchtower or go for a long walk till cap Blanc, a long route which will compensate you with beautiful cliffs and visits to Es Trenc and Sa Rápita beaches.
