The home features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, satellite television, a fan, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available. Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from the balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden, sun in the open and closed terraces, swim in the pool, or cook on the grill, all private features. The home is just a 10 minute (5 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues clustered along the waterfront. The home is 10 minutes (5 km) by car from the Platja de Santanyi, a beautiful beach surrounded by rock formations, and just 17 minutes (12 km) away from the stunning turquoise waters of the Calo des Maro beach. Visitors can experience the natural beauty of the area in the Parc Natural de Mondrago, just a 22 minute (17 km) drive by car. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the beautifully presented 18-hole Vall d'Or Golf Club just 26 minutes (20 km) by car from the property. The Santanyi area currently has 67 cycling routes that wind through the beautiful mountainous and coastal landscape. There are also many hiking trails in the area.
