Enjoy a relaxing and sun-soaked holiday at Villa Aloe, a two-story house in the beautiful 'Fuentemar' urbanisation in Vera Playa, just 400 meters from the beach. This cosy home features two bedrooms, a full bathroom with natural light, and a private solarium on the third floor, equipped with hammocks and furniture for unforgettable sunset dinners.
The house boasts lattice panels on both the ground floor porch and the solarium, providing privacy and an intimate atmosphere. Additionally, it is west-facing, perfect for sunset enthusiasts.
For those working remotely, we offer Fibre Optic internet, ideal for enjoying work in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for long stays, allowing you to easily prepare your favourite meals. Villa Aloe, situated in the best area of Fuentemar, offers views of the garden and the pool.
It's important to note that Villa Aloe includes internal stairs, which should be considered if travelling with young children or those with reduced mobility. We do not provide cots, so we recommend bringing a travel cot for the little ones.
Location, location, location: Villa Aloe enjoys a prime spot in the prestigious Fuentemar urbanisation, boasting west-facing views for sunset enthusiasts and picturesque garden-side setting with delightful pool views. Conveniently situated near the main gate of the urbanisation, it offers the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. This ideal location means you won't have to carry luggage or groceries over long distances. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of traffic noise and surrounded by abundant free public parking, Villa Aloe provides both ease and serenity for your stay.
Late Check-In: We offer a late check-in service for arrivals after 9 PM, which must be arranged at least one week in advance. This service incurs an additional fee of 35 euros, payable upon arrival.
We are confident that your stay at Villa Aloe will be unforgettable for its comfort, beauty, and tranquillity.
Kia Ora! We are Aimee, Diego, and Leo, an international family with roots in Spain and New Zealand. Our travels around the world have taught us a great deal about hospitality and have inspired us to create Villa Laguna, a sun-filled and loving project in Vera Playa, designed especially for you.
Over decades of travel, we have learned what is essential for both long and short stays, and we have poured this experience into Villa Laguna. Our vision is to offer you a place where you do not just stay, but truly live and enjoy every moment of your holiday.
We want to emphasise that Villa Laguna is not a traditional hotel business. We do not have a reception; therefore, check-in is conducted by contacting our agent at least 6 hours before your arrival so they can welcome you at the Playas del Sur urbanisation. We are a hard-working family that greatly values a close and sincere relationship with our guests. We encourage open, constructive, and positive communication during your stay. If upon arrival there is anything not as advertised, we would love to know at the start so our agent can address it and enhance your experience, rather than discovering it at the end when it’s too late.
Our philosophy as hosts is 'arrive as a guest, leave as a friend'. We are eager to welcome you to this corner of peace and happiness we have created at Villa Laguna. We hope you enjoy our little sunny project as much as we have enjoyed making it a reality for you!
KEYS: Guests are responsible for covering the cost of replacing any lost or misplaced keys. This includes an additional administrative fee for replacing swimming pool keys, which necessitates a trip to collect the replacement key.
Located in the serene area of Las Marinas, near Puerto Rey, the Fuentemar Urbanisation is a perfect combination of tranquillity and accessibility. Within just a two-minute walk, you will discover a variety of shops, supermarkets, public transport, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, it's only a six-minute walk to the vast, peaceful beaches and the charming Puerto Rey Lagoon.
For those who appreciate a scenic stroll, the lovely town of Garrucha is accessible via a 30-minute walk along the coastal path, or it's a brief four-minute journey by car or public transport. It’s important to bear in mind that during the winter months, the area is much quieter with fewer open establishments, offering a calm atmosphere for those seeking relaxation. However, for guests looking for more lively surroundings, other Mediterranean destinations might be more suitable during winter.
Parking is generally hassle-free year-round. Despite the increase in tourists in July and August, you will still be able to find parking spots, if not directly by the gates of the urbanisation. Outside the peak season, there is a plentiful supply of free public car parks in the nearby areas.
A notable aspect of Spanish coastal life, especially in the summer months of July and August, is the vibrant energy from children playing in the gardens of the housing development, often until past midnight. While this is typically not a concern for most guests, it is something to consider if you are particularly sensitive to noise.
Please note that, as is typical in any urbanisation, there may occasionally be renovations in nearby houses or on surrounding streets. This is beyond our control, and we can only take responsibility for factors within our property boundaries. Thank you for your understanding.
