Hi my name is Ekaterina, my property is perfect for those with young families, in the beautiful and highly regarded complex of Villa Amalia. There is an underground car parking space for one car, and the entire complex is secure and gated, which adds peace of mind with children. Featuring two floors plus roof terrace, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a ground floor WC. Fully equipped for young children, there are baby cot, two high chairs, car seats and baby bouncers. There is also a bottle steriliser and baby bath. Air conditioning throughout can be controlled on each floor. As you would expect, you will find all the creature comforts of home, including dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, pots, pans and cutlery. We use a partner company to make sure your check-in goes as smoothly as possible, so that you can start relaxing from the moment you arrive at Villa Amalia.

The ground floor benefits from a private terrace (with artificial grass), bathroom, with an open plan kitchen and living space. The dining table seats 5 + 2 high chairs, or 6 normal chairs comfortably. Heading up onto the roof terrace allows you to make the most of a generous seating area with a barbeque for you to enjoy a view of the sea at sunrise or sunset. There are two double bedrooms, two single beds and one cot in the third bedroom, and the living room couch can be used as a bed, for a small surcharge.

Featuring a large TV with connection for Apple devices, free Wifi throughout the complex, you can stay connected inside, or even by one of the three swimming pools, one of which is heated year round. There are also sunloungers on the ground floor garden, and both chairs and towels to take straight to a swimming pool of your choice. There is also a gym located on site. Just 250 meters from the sea, with a range of restaurants and bars at your disposal and just 900 meters from the beach, there is fun to be had by all. A brilliant climate overall, never too hot, or too cold, this part of Spain is a gem. Shopping can be found at the well-known La Zenia Boulevard, no more than 6kms away. There are also many golf courses in the area, and of course the Salt Lakes – an experience nobody should miss! If you have any questions, I would be happy to help.
