The property has a total of 40m2 of paved area and 25m2 of lawn area, close to which there is also an orchard and fruit trees. Outside you will find 1 bricked grill in which you can prepare any dish that you propose. On its 30 m2 terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, you can spend great evenings with your family and friends. The 240 m2 2 storey house has: 1 bedroom with double bed, fan, oil heating and wardrobe on the ground floor; and on the 1st floor there are 4 more bedrooms: 3 of them with 2 single beds each, and 1 with a double bed, all of them equipped with fan, oil heating and wardrobes. There's a baby cot and a high chair. It offers 4 bathrooms, 2 of them located on the ground floor with a shower, and 2 on the first floor with a bathtub, one of them en suite. The living-dining room is fully equipped with satellite TV and a fireplace; the living room communicates with the dining room, which is equipped with a table, 2 benches and chairs and air conditioning. The independent gas kitchen is fully equipped.

The location of the house, in southern Majorca is privileged. The area is well-linked through road to most of the points of interest on the island. You will find many beaches and coves within a 12 km radius. Felanitx is 2.6 km far away. There you will find any service needed during your stay, such as supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, health centre, etc.
