Property info

Villa Charlatana is an impressive designer villa, it was one of the first houses built in the sixties, a kind of fisherman's house right in front of the Caleta De Fuste beach. The villa was completely renovated in 2017 in a beach house style, and is now a very exclusive property with 500m2 of private garden and 115m2 of living space! Absolute top! In an unbeatable location. It has private parking, direct access to the main avenue, direct access to the pool, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, three terraces, two of them with a chill out area and the other with a barbecue. Elegant indoor and outdoor furniture under an Ibizan-style wooden pergola, guarantee stylish comfort. An outside dining room on one of the terraces offers space for traditional wood-burning barbecues. The interior kitchen, facing another dining room, includes a dishwasher, a spacious fridge with freezer, an oven, a microwave and all kinds of appliances to meet the needs of the guest. It has an outdoor lounge connected by a window with the living room of the villa. Excellent wifi connection, Smart tv.

Despite being a tourist area and having many leisure facilities (shopping centers, sports areas, 18-hole golf courses as well as specialized shops and a golf club, ...), Caleta de Fuste is characterized by being a family vacation destination where even the beach, with fine golden sand and crystal clear waters, is protected from the waves and the wind like few others in Fuerteventura. All close to the villa in a very exclusive residential area.
