The villa has a private swimming pool (6m x 4m) surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sun loungers and a large parasol. The shaded porch, with table and chairs and stone barbecue, is the ideal spot for those who enjoy al fresco dining and cooking. The property is distributed on three floors with air-conditioning in all bedrooms: Ground Floor: lounge/dining room/kitchen with access to exterior porch. First Floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 shower room. Second Floor: 1 king-size bedroom with spectacular sea views from a private balcony and en-suite shower room. Please note that the house is located in a tourist resort with hotels nearby and during the summer season hotel entertainment music may be heard.
