On the upper floor, there is a bright living room with wooden beams that gives it a cozy touch with access to a terrace from which opens views of the pool area and unobstructed views of the countryside and the sea, the other two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), as well as another bathroom with a shower. The nearest supermarket is 4.6 km away and a small selection of restaurants can be found within 1.8 km or a 4-minute drive. The center of Cala d'Or where you can experience the vibrant Spanish town life with bars, restaurants, a stylish marina and many small beaches. You can also quickly reach other quieter bays, such as Cala Mitjana and Cala Mondrago. The closest larger towns to Cala d'Or are Santanyí (10 km) and S'Horta (3 km).
