5 stars comfort of a luxury house, modern, air conditionned, easy to live in: -500m from the beach, -nice private pool, and its solarium, -12.5m mooring, for easy access to the sea through the canals with your boat, -1 main living-room, 5 bedrooms, and a secondary living-room considered as the 6th bedroom, 4 bath rooms, 2 kitchens, 1 outside kitchen, and terrace.
The house has been open for rental for almost 20 years, during which time your hosts have developed significant experience of the needs of their guests under their Ampuriahome brand. You will receive at booking time a guest book with all useful information on the house and ideas to visit the region and restaurants. You are to get a complete inventory one month before your stay to get prepared. Upon your arrival, our concierge is there to welcome you or you get the key from a safe case in case of late arrival. She can be on-site in case of necessity. She does the housecleaning before your stay. The pool maintenance is made by a dedicated company, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays. They have a portal key so that their maintenance does not need your presence. You can also communicate with the landowners through the internet or by phone anytime.
The house's position is equidistant from the beach and shops, and by boat, it's on the first channel after the bridges, making it very convenient. You can come by plane to Girona or Perpignan, via low-cost airlines, by high-speed train to Figueras, or by car via the AP-7 motorway. The airport or train station is served by buses and taxis.
