The main floor accommodates up to 6 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with twin beds, two bathrooms and a laundry area. This level also includes a spacious terrace and balcony. The ground floor apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and includes one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with twin beds, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and one bathroom, with direct access to the garden. The property also includes a separate service apartment, occasionally used by the owners, which remains fully independent from the guest areas. Guests can enjoy several outdoor areas, including a private garden – a rare feature in the south of Tenerife. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of the beach, as well as restaurants, bars and shops. A private parking space is available within the property.
