Fully equipped kitchen with drinking water filter, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle and other utensils for a perfect stay. On the ground floor we have the laundry room and private garage for 2 cars and direct access to the villa. The Villa is located in the new residential area of Rokabella, very close to Callao Salvaje and 1,2km from Playa del Ajabo. Close to restaurants, leisure areas in the south of Tenerife and 30km from Tenerife South Airport. The Villa is located in the new residential area of Rokabella, very close to Callao Salvaje and 1,2km from Playa del Ajabo. Construction is at an advanced stage and may cause some noise, although this is not constant, during working hours from Monday to Saturday.
