Property info

Our Villa Meloneras is our second home and therefore we pay a special attention to the equipment as well as surrounding of the house and the property itself. It is not possible to be better situated. Walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurats or shops, hospital literally round the corner, but the best thing abot the house is the unforgetable sunsets from the master bedroom´s balcony.

Neighborhood info

Meloneras is the "posh" part of Gran Canaria, all the 5*hotels and good restaurants are situated here. There are good bars and restaurants, everything in walking distance and is not cowded as for example playa del ingles.
