Villa Ramos Dos is located in Puerto Calero on the Spanish island of Lanzarote. This villa has sleeps up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms along with private, heated, swimming pool and walking distance to restaurants. The upper floor has lounge with bay windows, kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The lower floor has one-bedroom apartment. This apartment has a large kitchen with a sitting area and a bathroom with a shower as well as a double bedroom. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden, offering the plus of a big brick-built barbeque. For the safety of the children, the pool area is gated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of 25 Euros per day. Please contact us 48 hours before your arrival.The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
