Villa Roca Nova is a detached vacation rental property located in Cala D Or, Mallorca. Villa Roca Nova can sleep up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Offers Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool (South Facing) with barbecue. Villa Roca Nova is a two-storey villa. On the ground floor, from the entrance, you get into the open lounge/dining room with access to the pool area. The well equipped kitchen has an access to the BBQ area in the garden. There are one double room with an en suite bathroom with a bath and a twin bedroom. On this ground floor, there is also a family bathroom with a shower. A further double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower has a separate entrance. An external staircase leads to the fourth room, a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a bath and access to the upper sun-terrace overlooking the pool. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
