Rocavista - Luxury Collection Villa is located in the residential area of Rokabella on Costa Adeje in the south of the island of Tenerife. Villa is built on a sloping plot affording spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera. Villa offers a private heated pool on rooftop, spacious outdoor terrace, ensuite bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining area, gym, garage, private lift and a landscaped ground. Villa featuring outstanding characteristics including a sea view, bright indoor space and top quality materials. We want to apologize for occasional possible noise from neighbourhood construction site. Villa is a 10 min walk to the closest town Calao Salvaje with a number of shops, restaurants and a beach. Villa is situated in the south of an island and offering everything you need to enjoy a top quality lifestyle. The area has vast potential thanks to the perfect mix of sea and natural settings, making it the ideal choice for myriad activities including hiking, scuba diving, windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking, sailing or paragliding without forgetting golf, as this area boasts some of the finest facilities for this sport in Europe.
