Our villas are brand new, built in a modern, eye-catching style and finished with elegant, high-end furnishings and decor. You'll find it all in terms of appliances in our well-equipped kitchens and every room kitted out with all mod cons. Outside, you can enjoy your own, private, heated pool, pool bar and barbeque, surrounded by a well-kept garden with tropical trees and plants that offer privacy and shade. Did we mention the views?!!

Neighborhood info

Our Villas Royale are situated in the quiet residential area of Meloneras Hills, overlooking Maspalomas to the sand dunes and the sea beyond and the mountains in the background; panoramic views for you to enjoy in peace and tranquility. Close to amenities (a 5-minute walk to the supermarket and a 5-minute drive to the shopping centre) and only a 15-minute walk to the beach, you'll find everything you need within a comfortable distance. If you want to enjoy the vibrant nightlife on offer in Maspolomas, you'll find all the liveliest spots just a short taxi ride away; close enough to easily get to, but not so close so as cause a disturbance when you want to stay in and enjoy some peace and quiet. You will also find attractions such as theme parks and water parks nearby, as well as golf courses, gyms, parks and sporting facilities. Around here, you'll find everything you need and nothing you don't!
