Villa Sa Llimonera is a traditional Majorcan house located in a quiet residential area, about 20 minutes’ walk from the beautiful bay of Cala Llombards, in the southeast of Mallorca. The house is built on a fenced plot what makes it idyllic place for holidays for families with children. The interior of Villa Sa Llimonera is practical and comfortable and offers a cozy living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and TV and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (two with double beds and two with two single beds), and 3 full bathrooms with shower. From one of the bedrooms on the upper floor you have direct access to the terrace with a small table from where you can enjoy the sea views while having a breakfast or an aperitif. From the living-dining room there is access to the exterior of the villa with a dining area under an awning, the pool area with sun loungers, a ping-pong table, and a brick barbecue perfect for preparing meals for 8 people. Villa Sa Llimonera is fully prepared for spending relaxing holidays and is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, satellite television, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances and complete kitchenware, sheets and towels, etc.

The beach of Cala Llombards can be reached in about 20 minutes’ walk and the beautiful beach of Caló des Moro is located almost the same distance. Just 400 m from the house there is a supermarket so you will not need a car to go shopping and a 5-minute walk away you will find some cafes and restaurants. In Cala Santanyi with its beautiful beach and in the small town of Es Llombards, located 10 minutes by car you can find restaurants and other commercial establishments.
