The villa is recently renovated to a high standard, and is situated in a modern, exclusive development, only twenty metres from Fuerteventura's best beach, and in the centre of a Special Nature Reserve. Villa Sotavento consists of two self-contained apartments, which may be rented together or independently. The upper apartment offers ocean views from the bedroom, sitting room and terrace. The peaceful setting of the villa, together with the close proximity of the sea and the high standard of accomodation and equipment, make the Villa Sotavento a perfect choice for a family holiday. Each apartment has a sofa bed which is suitable for a child's use, and a cot may be made available.For water sports fans, the beach is the place for windsurfing, kiteboarding and SUP-boarding, jogging,and beach volleyball, and is the venue for World Championship Windsurfing events.
