Beautiful Andalusian house on 3 floors with roof terrace, quiet in a pleasant city between Seville and Cadiz completely redone in an Arab Hispanic style it offers 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living/ dining room, an interior patio, a laundry room and a roof terrace. ideal for 6 people, there is the possibility to accommodate up to 8 people on extra beds to be placed directly on the ground (for children) There is a small garage in which you can leave bikes or motorcycles, there is no pool but you are 27 kms from the beach
in love with Spain since always I finally had the opportunity to invest there in order to be able to enjoy it regularly, I still have my daily life, my work as well as my parental responsibilities which require me to stay in France for a while longer, so I chose to let you enjoy my house when I’m not there (so I leave many personal belongings to avoid loading me on the plane ... :))
on the heights of Lebrija, at the level of the old castle, easy access and with parking facilities, supermarkets at the foot of the house and 800m walk from the city center Ideally placed between Seville and Cadiz it is the starting point for many walks, on foot, by car or by train. 25-30Kms from Sanlucar beach, 40 minutes from Seville, 1 hour from Ronda and the white villages....
