Exclusive independent family villa of 250m2 with a 4.5x8m heated indoor pool, garden, tanning area, 4 covered and open terraces, barbecue area, games area and outdoor parking. 10 minutes by car from Burgos, 3 minutes from Ibeas de Juarros and the Atapuerca sites. Within a 50km radius you will find countless charming places to enjoy inland tourism. House with seasonal heated pool and garden. Ideal place to enjoy tranquility and privacy. It has 4 spacious double rooms and everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in a natural and quiet environment. The property is completely surrounded by tall hedges for maximum privacy. To contact and resolve doubts, write the question in the doubts section since booking does not allow sharing the telephone number.

The Los Tomillares urbanization is located 10km from Burgos, that is, 10 minutes by car on the N120. It is a residential area with all services, bar, restaurant, gardens and playgrounds. Very quiet area to rest, with a multitude of leisure options as it is close to the Sierra de la Demanda and the Atapuerca sites, Burgos with its Cathedral and the Las Huelgas monastery, on the Camino de Santiago etc...
