The sun terrace is the ideal spot to relax in the Canarian sunshine all year round. The terrace area has direct access to the communal gardens and is just a few metres from the communal swimming pool. It has private parking at the door of the villa, ensuring maximum convenience. Its privileged location, just a few minutes from the golf course and close to the best beaches in the south of Gran Canaria, makes it an ideal choice for those seeking luxury, tranquillity and a premium lifestyle.
