My name is Carlos, I became an owner in 2002 and I am completely in love with my home island Gran Canaria, a fantastic place under the sun , surrounded by countless beaches, charming villages and that boasts tradition. A house with a special character and charm, with no doubt. Situated at a luxury residential complex next to Tauro golf. The house counts on very special distribution. Three independent large bedrooms, each with own full bathroom with shower, master bedroom also great hot tub. Please note, bedrooms are all independent - not connected to the house (perhaps not recommended for families with small children). Great kitchen and dining area, nice garden and small private pool (not heated). - Situated only 15-20 minutes walking from the Tauro beach or just 5 minutes’ drive from the beach of Amadores and Puerto Rico. Several restaurants within walking distance as well as supermarket and hotel. Luxury and relax guaranteed. This property is located within a Residential Area, therefore it is strictly forbidden any activity that might disturb other guests or neighbours.
