The newly built building has good sound and thermal insulation. All rooms feature a kitchen equipped with sink, fridge, microwave, induction hob, and electric water heater. There are 2 steps at the entrance to the building. The accommodation is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. You can park on the street, and there is public transport nearby. The property offers self check-in for your convenience. Events and smoking are not allowed. Please respect other guests' schedules.
