Vista Roses Mar is a small family-owned real estate agency where we manage apartments and houses aiming to offer a comfortable and professional service to all our guests so as to enjoy their holidays on the Costa Brava.

Property info

Cap Ponent is a very exclusive house with views over the Bay of Roses. It is of new construction finished in 2018. The house has wifi, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, iron, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, hair dryer and kitchenware. There is a private pool and internal parking. - If you are traveling with children, we provide a cot, a high chair and a baby bath (upon request). - If you are traveling with a dog, they will be welcome in all our accommodations free of charge.

Neighborhood info

The area where the house is located is quiet ,1 km from the port of Roses and 1.1 km from the center. To go to the town center, there are stairs that take you directly to the main road next to the port, so your walking path will be much shorter.
