Two-story townhouse with terrace, private garden and community pool in summer. The house has a very spacious living room. The heating is adjustable through a digital thermostat. The Internet connection is fast (optical fiber), and WiFi coverage reaches all rooms. The lights in the living room and bedrooms are adjustable in both tone and intensity, the closets are spacious, and the mattresses are of high quality (Flex). Tourist Use Housing (VuT) licence: 37/00916
The house is located in a quiet area on the riverbank of the Tormes. There is usually free parking available in the vicinity. It is 50 meters away from a playground, with a café and a grocery store. The nearest bus stop (line 13) is 200 meters away. It is also possible to walk to the city center, as it is 2 km on foot from the Cathedral of Salamanca.
