All Check-ins must be completed online, and it is mandatory for all guests to complete the process before 18:00 (6:00 PM) on the day of arrival.

If the online check-in is completed after 20:00 (8:00 PM), an additional fee of EUR 5 per hour will apply, as our staff will need to process the check-in outside of their working hours. This fee must be paid before the access codes are sent. If payment is not received, the access codes will not be provided, even if the online check-in has been completed.

Once the online check-in has been verified, you will receive the arrival instructions and access codes by email on the day of your arrival.

Shared rooms: Access is provided exclusively via access codes; therefore, no physical keys are issued. Your assigned bed will be specified in the email together with your access codes, and you may only use that designated bed. Using other beds or towels assigned to other guests is not permitted. A charge of EUR 5 per bed and/or per set of towels used will apply to cover the additional laundry and preparation costs. Each bunk bed also includes a storage drawer for your belongings. If you wish to lock it, please bring your own padlock.

Private rooms: Building access is provided via an access code. The room key will be available in a designated key box inside the property.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
