Modern apartment released for use in 2023. It is located in a closed complex in the center of Torrevieja, 40 minutes from Alicante airport. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom , 1 bathroom, kitchen and is fully equipped with everything you need. The complex has a large and beautiful pool with sunbathing area and shower. The apartment is quiet, has a central air conditioning and heating system, controlled by a keypad on the wall. The bathroom floor is heated. Guests will find fragrant and comfortable bedding and fluffy towels. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can even cook complicated dishes in it. You have everything you need here. The whole apartment is at your disposal.
The location is very good as it is in the city center but on a quiet one way street. Around there are many attractions for tourists, restaurants, shops, Spanish tapas bars. The beach is very only 50 meters away. There are bus stops nearby, both local and intercity. Excellent communication with Alicante airport, only 45 minutes by bus. There is a children’s playground on the beach. The car can be easily parked on the street by the housing estate, parking is free. The location is in the city center so you are close to everything.
