About the Property Welcome to our cozy and spacious 100 m² three-bedroom apartment, set in a peaceful natural environment just 12 km from central Oulu. Conveniently located for travelers heading north or south, the property is well suited for both short stopovers and longer stays. Our accommodation is offered on a private-room, shared-house basis, making it ideal for travelers seeking an affordable, practical stay with all essential comforts, rather than high-end or luxury amenities. The apartment is suitable for leisure and business travelers, couples, families, and small groups. Guests may book one or multiple private rooms, while sharing common facilities. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – Budget Double Room: Accommodates up to 2 guests with a 140 × 200 cm double bed. Bedroom 2 – Family Room: Accommodates up to 4 guests with a 160 × 200 cm double bed and a double sofa bed. Bedroom 3 – Double or Twin Room: Accommodates up to 2 guests with two 80 × 200 cm single beds. Shared Facilities: Spacious living room with a large sofa and double sofa bed, large curved Smart TV (free-to-air channels; streaming available with guests’ own accounts), and a fireplace with a traditional wood-burning baking oven for cozy evenings. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and essential cookware. Dining area seats up to six guests.
