Bright and well-equipped top floor 41 m2 balcony apartment in the center of Loviisa in the best location in the city. The apartment and your own large glazed balcony offer park-like views. The spacious apartment's living and sleeping area with its open kitchen create a comfortable and functional whole. The sofa bed can accommodate up to two sleepers, when unfolded it is 130 cm wide. Home-like living in a suite with jacuzzi, washing machine, wifi, elevator and services under one roof. Also well suited for long-term accommodation. Those who are sensitive to sleep may sometimes hear the sounds of the city and life mainly on weekends.
Central location near the market square, all services such as grocery stores, shops, restaurants, cafes, bus station, pharmacy, gym etc. Housing Fair 2023 area near Kuningattarenranta - Queen's Shore, just over a kilometer away - on foot about 15 min. Motorway connection Helsinki 89 km, Helsinki-Vantaa airport 84 km, Porvoo 38 km, Kotka 48 km, Fortum power plant 15 km, Neste refinery 36 km . Taxi and bus station 300m.
