Toivoa Rannalla ry – Hopp Vid Stranden rf is a small bilingual non-profit association based in Hanko, Finland. Our mission is to support the local community and contribute to the future of Hanko, with a special focus on young people and young adults. We started operating at Folkiacenter Guesthouse in August 2024. Our goal is to gradually develop our activities while also creating employment opportunities for young people from Hanko, especially during the summer season. Through our work we aim to offer guests a friendly and welcoming place to stay while also contributing to the local community. By staying with us, you are also supporting a local non-profit initiative working for the benefit of young people in Hanko.

Folkiacenter Guesthouse is a modern and practical guesthouse located in the centre of Hanko. Thanks to its central location, guests have easy access to everything they need during their stay. Grocery stores are located right next to the property, and the same area also offers electric vehicle charging. Hanko’s beautiful beaches and seaside walking routes are only a short walk or bike ride away. The rooms are bright and functional and provide everything needed for a comfortable stay, including private bathrooms, comfortable beds and free WiFi. Breakfast is offered in the form of convenient breakfast boxes. The property offers easy self check-in, allowing guests to arrive at their own schedule and access their room with a personal door code.
