Company info

We are Yohann (FR) and Anni (FI), living on site with our daughter Ava and our friendly dog Thor. We enjoy being present for our guests, sharing local tips and helping with activity bookings such as snowmobile, husky and reindeer rides, ice fishing, hiking, and visits to the Ice Hotel. We speak French, English, and Finnish. When the entire villa is booked, we do not stay in the house.

Riverside guesthouse near Rovaniemi center, airport and Santa Claus Village. Perfect for couples, families and people who love nature. • Large children’s playroom in the common area. • Minimal light pollution, which increases the chances to see the northern lights •One session in the traditional log sauna and jacuzzi is included in the stay. The time of use will be agreed after booking. Additional sessions can be arranged at an extra cost.

On the river side, the property is surrounded by nature and is situated 15 minutes from the city center, the airport and santaclaus village.
