Fashionable and modern apartment with excellent finishes and interesting design on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Fully equipped kitchen with large dining table, large and cozy bedroom with king size bed and new mattress, spacious living room with Smart TV, work desk and 2 sofa beds. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Balcony and grill on the balcony.

Karhuvuori is the most developed area of ​​Kotka. There is everything for a comfortable stay and life. Schools, kindergartens, playgrounds, a forest with bicycle and jogging tracks, sports grounds and exercise equipment, a football field and tennis courts, basketball courts, a gym and a sports arena in 2 minutes walk from the house. Bay and beach in 20 minutes walk, river and fishing. A shop, a pharmacy, a bar, a pizzeria, a R-kiosk and a second-hand shop, in 5-minute walk from the house. A forest with berries and mushrooms just outside the doorstep. Bowling and mini golf in 10 minutes walk, Prisma and Lidl in 20 minutes walk.
