You're welcome! Stylish and exciting design home next to the city centre and close to Santa's village. The spacious home is recently renovated for warm-minded comfort. All decorations done to set you warmly in the middle of authentic winter and detailed Christmas atmosphere. Specialities like glass patio and jacuzzi for unique experience. Full equipment to enjoy fully your stay. A lot of indoor and outdoor activities for children. We love our quests, and we're committed to help and take care of you by our best efforts! Definitely a holiday bonus for the whole family or team! Basic information: The total area of house is 137/165m2. All rooms on one level. The following rooms available for the quests around the entry hall: living room, kitchen, dining area, 4 bedrooms (8 sleeping places), laundry room, toilet, shower room with sauna and glass patio. Spacious mirror and wall door cabinets for quests. Covered parking place with electrics feeding. Spacious garden area at safe backyard for winter activities. All rooms and area available for quests excluding the warm storage and house technology room. Both of those have their own door from outside of the house. Typically we create a chat channel with the quests to keep in touch. We follow the channel actively. If needed we come on site. Closest grocery 600m. Distance to city center 2km. Driving time to Santa's village 15 minutes. Riverside distance 150m. Closest bus stop 200m.
I like travelling by myself, and so want to offer others a high quality and safe accomodation opportunity too. I do like also all outdoor activities, and I'm able to help the visitors to find many interesting activities in the city and outside of it. Your warmly wellcome!
The villa is located on relaxed single house area close to the river side. There are many winter activities for the children in the neighbourhood. As well all the city services are close.
