Minun tiimiini kuuluu Kaisa, sekä 6 vuotias Sisu. Yhteistyössä äitini Pirjon isäni Matin ja sekä sisareni Tarun kanssa meillä on yhteensä yksitoista huvilaa Parikkalassa ja Punkaharjulla. Olemme majoittaneet asiakkaita vuodesta 2010 alkaen. Aloitimme Punkaharjulla Raikala mökillä, rakensimme Melkoniemeen 5 huvilaa ja laajensimme ostamalla Villa Saimaan, Villa Norpan ja Villa Joutsenen Nyt meillä on 9 huippuvarusteltua ja kaksi kesäkäytössä olevaa huvilaa Sinun lomaasi varten. Teemme parhaamme että voitte rentoutua ja nauttia maaseudun rauhasta luonnonkauniissa järvimaisemassa nykyaikaisilla huviloilla. Asumme lähellä mökkejä joten autamme nopeasti ja tarjoamme lisäpalveluja vuokraamalla paljuja, moottoreita, moottoriveneitä ja Sup lautoja. Tervetuloa!

Ostin merikapteenin rakennuttaman tontin lukuisine rakennuksineen tammikuussa 2022. Merikapteeni oli rakennuttanut tontin mainioksi lomanviettopaikaksi. Honkarakenteen hirsimökin ympärille terasseja muistuttamaan laivan komentosiltaa, joka paikkaan lankkuportaat. Kapteeni oli tottunut kävelemään laivan kannella. Erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna pukuhuoneella ja lasitetulla terassilla sai minulta vielä poreammeen. Rannassa huvimaja lasitetuilla ikkunoilla, laitoin siihen aamuauringosta tykkääville vuoteen. Huvimajan takana on vieras varaksi piha-aitta parivuoteella. Rannassa tietysti vene ja iso laituri. Ranta pehmeätä hiekkaa ja suojainen koska lahdesta isommalle selälle johtaa kapea väylä.. Villa Joutsen on meidän upein paikka maisemaltaan rakennuksiltaan ja varustukseltaan. Erikoisuuksina mainitsen oma veneen laskuluiska,, sähköauton lataukselle myös voimavirta pistorasia, ilmalämpöpumppu kesällä viilennykselle ja ulkoporeamme. Tervetuloa viettämään lomaa todella upeaan ympäristöön.

Villa Joutsen sijaitsee Punkaharjun Vuoriniemellä Saimaan rannalla. Keväisin monet asiakkaat on nähneet kuuluisan Saimaan Norpan. Lähialueelta löytyy monenlaista tekemistä ja näkemistä. Tarkemmat tiedot löytyy helposti internetistä Saimaa on tunnettu erinomaisena hauki- ja ahvenjärvenä sopii kalastukseen kesällä ja talvella. Pöröpeikonpolku sopii luontoretkeilyyn ja laavulla voi vaikka paistaa makkarat. Haukkavuori luontopolkuineen on hieno nähtävyys. Äijönvuori ja sen luolat kannattaa käydä katsomassa Hiitolanjoki on kehitteillä hienoksi lohijoeksi. Siikalahti on valtakunnan kuulu lintujen bongauspaikka. Parikkalan Patsaspuisto on tunnettu käyntikohde. Samoin luonnonkaunis Punkaharju on muutaman kymmenen kilometrin päässä. Taideluola Retretti avattiin tänä kesänä ja ensi kesänä on uusi näyttely Kesäkaupunki Savonlinna on mainio päiväretken kohde, Olavinlinna, tori ja laivaristeily Imatrankosken kuohut on taas kesänäytöksinä. Kiteen eläintarha sopii mainiosti koko perheelle.
