Traditional Finnish Villa Marjala is located on the shore of the picturesque lake Suuri-Onkamo in Etelä-Savo region. Cottage is located 170km from Imatra, 40km from Joensuu and 60km from Kontiolahti. In the cottage, there is a fully-equipped kitchen, fireplace, 2 toilets and shower. Free Wi-Fi. This cottage is suitable for holidays of 1-2 families or a group of friends. In summer, it is possible to accommodate up to 15 people. Additional sleeping places are located in the sauna-house equipped with mini-kitchen and fireplace. It is possible to rent a boat motor (boat without motor can be used all times) and bicycles. The properties rent price depends from groupe size, periods, arrival days and has a lot of discount for standard days and small groups. Standard arrival day is su for week and fr for weekend. we ask deposit 100-200e depens period and reason of stay. Pets are allowed, the price30/weekend-item,,50e/week-item. Cats and others pets are allowed only in sauna-building. all parties must be agreed in advance. In the case of a long stay (from 28 days),the amount of the deposit is negotiated separately, electricity is charged additionally according to the meter. The owner has the right to visit the cottage to check its condition at the agreed time. All additional payment could be paid by bank transfer. The cash payment could be possible by addition fee.
