This modern and cozy ski-in/ski-out apartment is ideally located on the Vuosseli slope in Ruka. The accommodation includes 2 ski passes in winter and 2 Ruka speed pass/ vauhtiranneke in the summer. Its central location makes a car-free holiday possible. In addition to various activities, several restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance. Note that services may be limited outside winter season. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a toilet, shower, television, and a kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, oven/microwave combo, portable induction hob, dishwasher, and a full set of dishes. Free Wi-Fi and parking are also available. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people, but for comfort, we recommend it for a maximum of 4 guests. There is a 140 cm wide bunk bed that can sleep 4 people, and the sofa bed can accommodate 2 more. All essential services are right next to the apartment. Building A houses the slope-side restaurant Ski Booster. There is also a shared sauna in the same building, open on the same days as Ski Booster (sauna with separate fee). A small grocery store is located in Ruka Valley (approx. 200 m away), where you’ll also find the Camp Kitchen restaurant. Nearby activities include cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, cycling, hiking, and disc golf (during summer and autumn). The gondola lift offers easy access to the Ruka Village side as well.

Vuosselin Helmi C11 is located in Ruka Vuosseli, right next to the ski slopes as well as cross-country skiing and outdoor activity trails. From the yard, you have direct access to the Saarua ski lifts, and you can ski right back to the apartment. On the other side of the building, you'll find the Rosa & Rudolf children's area and the Ski Bistro restaurant. In Building A, there's the slope-side restaurant Ski Booster, which also houses the shared sauna for our housing complex. The sauna is open on the same days as Ski Booster (separate fee). In summer, the yard provides direct access to the Ruka Bike Park, Ruka's disc golf course, and hiking trails such as the Karhunkierros and the Valtavaara day trail. In front of Ski Bistro, there is a small playground for children and a SkiBus stop. There are activities for all ages, and you won’t necessarily need a car during your stay. A small grocery store is located in Ruka Valley (approx. 200 m away), and you can reach Ruka Village either by road or via the gondola lift. During the ski season, the SkiBus operates in the area, making it easy to visit Ruka Village for shopping or dining. The SkiBus is free of charge within the Ruka area for those with a valid lift ticket or carrying skiing/snowboarding equipment (lines 1 & 2).
