New owners started in October 2023. We are easy to reach and we are happy to help to make your vacation as successful as possible. The entire apartment has undergone a facelift and new beds, sofas and furniture have been installed in October 2023. The decoration uses a style that creates coziness and comfort for your vacation. In the best location in Ylläs, a direct view of the slopes from the window. About 100m to the Gondola. No restaurant downstairs, in a quiet location and still in the heart of Ylläs If you rent for five nights or more, the sheet and towel set are free, otherwise we charge for them separately. (Of course, you can also sleep with your own sheets). Final cleaning is not included in the price. You can inquire about these additional services from the owner. Welcome to Ylläs Mia

I have been working at Ylläs since 2020, I started by renting the Sare cottage and in October 2023 we started working here next to the slope. So far everything has gone well. Thanks to our lovely tenants for that. I come from northern Finland and as a social person I would love to help you discover the magic of Lapland. I myself hike in the summer and cross-country ski and ice fish in the winter. I don't live in Ylläs, but I'm in the area often and I know the region quite well. Welcome Mia

ALL THESE WITHIN A 100m RADIUS: Winter: Slopes (including a sledding hill), ski runs, sledding route, snowshoeing route and winter cycling routes all start from the very corner of the property. Summer: Downhill cycling and FribeeGolf tracks are right next door. Hiking trails and cycling trails start next door. FOR CHILDREN there is an indoor playground Peikonpesä, climbing frames Ylläs Kids. There are also restaurants and sportswear shops, and you can also practice yoga. Saaga spa nearby, less than 100 meters. Antti's minimarket is located 100m away. The grocery store is 4 kilometers away, Eelin Store, they also offer home delivery. The apartment can be reached by bus from Kittilä airport and Kolari train station directly next to it.
